Terms of Service & Fair Usage Policy

All purchases made on Void Nodes are final and non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to VPS, Game Hosting, Generic Servers, Web Hosting, setup fees, upgrades, renewals, and add-ons. By placing an order, you fully agree to this strict no-refund policy.

Void Nodes reserves the right to suspend, throttle, or terminate any service at any time if abuse, violation, or risk to infrastructure is detected.

You are fully responsible for all activity performed on your services, whether intentional or due to compromise.

Any form of illegal or malicious activity is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to:

• DDoS attacks or stress testing
• Botnets or command-and-control servers
• Malware, ransomware, or exploit hosting
• Phishing, scam pages, or fraud
• Cracking tools or piracy-related content

Do not intentionally overload or stress the VPS beyond reasonable usage. Excessive CPU, disk I/O, memory, or network usage that impacts other users may result in throttling or suspension.

The following content is strictly forbidden:

• NSFW content involving minors
• Leaked or stolen databases
• Doxxing content
• Any abusive, harmful, or illegal material

Users are responsible for securing their VPS, including:

• Strong passwords or SSH keys
• Firewall configuration
• Software updates

Compromised VPS instances that harm the network may be immediately suspended until secured.

Remain within the limits of your purchased plan. If additional performance is required, you must upgrade instead of pushing the VPS beyond its intended capacity.

Game Hosting services are intended only for supported game servers. Running unrelated applications, background services, or non-game workloads is not allowed.

RAM, CPU, disk, and player slots must remain within your plan limits. Excessive plugin usage, poorly optimized mods, or intentional lag generation may result in action.

Game servers must not host or promote:

• Illegal content
• Hate speech
• NSFW content involving minors
• Malware or exploit downloads

Using game servers for network abuse, DDoS reflection, or exploit testing is strictly forbidden.

Generic Servers are designed for:

• Bots
• APIs
• Lightweight services
• Development projects

They are not intended for heavy workloads, mining, or large-scale automation.

The following are not allowed:

• Cryptocurrency mining
• Spam services
• Mass automation or scraping
• Network scanning or brute force attacks

Continuous high usage that impacts node stability may result in throttling or suspension.

Web Hosting is intended for standard websites such as:

• Blogs
• Business websites
• Portfolios
• Forums

It is not designed for heavy backend applications or file distribution services.

Unlimited resources are subject to fair usage. Excessive CPU, memory, or inode usage may be restricted.

Web Hosting must not be used to host:

• Phishing or scam websites
• Malware or infected files
• NSFW content involving minors
• Copyright-infringing material

Bulk emailing, spam, or unsolicited campaigns are strictly prohibited.
